Earn - provide them with a sustainable job at the end of the training - Success of Unnati training program is that 100% of the trained youth in all the vocations are placed in permanent employment in corporate sector along with social securities such as PF ESI etc.
Stand tall – provide youth with dignity, self confidence, value systems and soft skills to become a better citizen, prepared to face day to day challenges in life.
Our country needs inclusive growth – The underprivileged and deprived sections of our society need to go miles before integrating with the mainstream. This is not possible only through gainful employment. Youth belonging to these sections need to be groomed to get acceptability. This happens through acquiring better soft skills, life skills, presentation skills, language skills, and general awareness of use of technology and value systems. It changes the profile of the youth enabling them to join the mainstream, along with a stable and sustainable income. At Unnati, we make the youth ‘ambitious’, translate them to be ‘employable’ in all respects, in line with the current day requirements in the market.
Unnati opens the door to a new way of life - a life of progress, discipline and fulfillment. In the larger context, Unnati is strengthening the process of nation building by enabling youth from the large mass of low income groups and supporting them to be gainfully employed in progressive work environments. As a result, many of the youngsters who drop out from school or college are now the bread winners for their families.
