UNNATI program is bringing a social transformation in society by equipping underprivileged youth and providing them with employment.

The Wayanad Centre of Unnati was established on 20 Sep 2023.

UNNATI Program

UNNATI with its tagline Learn | Earn | Stand tall focuses on:-

  • Vocational training and social transformation program for the underprivileged and unemployed youth in the age group of 18-25 years
  • 300 hours of training covering areas such as spoken English language skills, life skills, values, basic computer knowledge, and vocational training based on educational qualification
  • Guaranteed job placement with social security for all students in various corporates
  • Inclusive growth by empowering families below the poverty line

UNXT Program

  • Training for Final Year Students in Governmen Colleges @ Free of Cost

  • One month program (100 Hrs)

  • Over 30K+ students trained

  • Provide Certificate & we assist the placement

SUGAM Program

SUGAM is a grassroots entrepreneurship accelerator working to bridge the rural-urban economic divide by helping non-urban youth to develop scalable, replicable and locally impactful businesses.

With SUGAM a youth aspiring to be an Entrepreneur can conceive, design, launch, grow and sustain a startup venture and be supported to succeed and join the core commercial ecosystem.

Our focus is on relevant ideas in key growth sectors like agriculture, healthcare, energy and supporting youth through learning & development, mentoring and funding.

Debate

The youth, having thought from various perspectives, strengthened their reasoning abilities and expressed themselves more effectively. This skill aided them in making sound decisions, whether in family, society, or profession, and enabled them to empathize with others' viewpoints. Becoming proficient decision-makers, they adeptly managed their time, incorporating planning and preparedness into their lives. Consequently, they emerged as confident individuals, steering clear of judgmental attitudes, and naturally assumed leadership roles by influencing others' thinking processes.The session was led by ChangeMakers Sony Emmanuel and Reshma.

Describing a Person 

The youth demonstrate creativity, imagination, and positive emotions, especially when discussing someone they admire. They exhibit higher self-confidence and strong observation skills, along with improved information recall and the use of articulate language. Moreover, they learn to appreciate others without being judgmental, a quality crucial for fostering positive workplace relationships.The session was led by ChangeMakers Sony Emmanuel and Reshma.

Being a good Team Player 

Being a good team player involves encouraging collaboration and working effectively with others to achieve team and organizational goals within the allotted time frame. Furthermore, in society, such individuals are acknowledged as reliable and responsible individuals who offer help, support, and respect to others. They excel in unity of purpose, actively listening to and evaluating the strategies put forth by each team member. It is essential to be a good team player in order to become a proficient team leader.
