HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROJECT

• Dropouts from school/P.U.Colleges between the age of 18 and 21 are selected after careful scrutiny .
• Selection to each batch is done by professionals – Prospective candidates are tested for their Attitude and Aptitude. Their family background is also verified to ensure that they belong to Below Poverty Line (BPL) Families. Post selection, all selected students undergo medical test and their parents/guardians are called for a brief counselling.
• The 3 month training is offered free of cost. Besides making available reading materials and stationery, conveyance and food of the students is taken care of, as we felt, this is one way to woo the otherwise poor families who have to travel long distance to reach the training centre.
• Every participant is placed in a job in their respective field at the end of the Course. Thus placement is assured to all the students who undergo training at ‘UNNATI’.
• Our niche is our faculty drawn from a talented pool of academicians, managers and professionals in various fields such as sales, marketing, human resource, communication skills etc. Guest lectures are also organised by inviting eminent personalities to give an insight into the working atmosphere, in real life situations and also soft skills.
