SUCCESS STORIES

Unnati students are always on high growth and success path. Given below are some of the instances

Satyamurthy, from our 4th Batch who was placed in Food World as a Sales Asst. soon after the training, later quit Food World and joined Café-Coffee Day and he is presently an ‘Operation Trainee’ with a salary of about Rs.9000/- p.m. and is hoping to become Manager very soon.

2 Boys Raja and Srinivas who were from the I Batch have already become Asst. Managers within a span of 3 years and earning about Rs 10,000 per month .

Another girl named Sunitha from our 3rd Batch was with Std.Chartered Bank (TelemarketingAsst ) earning Rs.6000/- p.m.

Sathish of 9th Batch has also become a supervisor in Food World where he was placed only 6 months ago!.
Bhupathi and LachuSahu of 6th Batch have been promoted as supervisors in Food World recently.
Parimala of 5th Batch joined a computer centre as teacher on a monthly salary of Rs.2000/- To-day she earns Rs.4500/- p.m. with 2 months bonus + her conveynance is reimbursed!. She is happy teaching and she is planning her next move.

There have been many success stories. May be, many have not come to our notice. What is striking is that the same boys and girls who were earlier feeling that they could not do anything in their lives, had no self confidence and self belief have all grown bigger and they ack that it is due to their training at ‘Unnati’ they were able scale some height. It is not uncommon for employers to speak well of our students.

The 10th Batch students of Sales and Mktg, got a very good deal. Some of them were taken by ‘pantaloon’ group for their outlet ‘Brand Factory’ at Marathhalli on a starting monthly salary of Rs.4000/-4500/-. with lot of growth opportunities. Earlier only Food World used come to our campus at the end of the training to interview and select candidates for their outlets. Now, in addition, Fabmall, Café-Coffee day, Brand Factory and some other smaller organisations also show interest and come to our campus, interview the students and absorb them in their organisations on a decent salary, We also see to it that these students have good growth opportunities and are entitled to terminal benefits and ESI coverage. With the retail sector booming, we are very conf. our students would do well.
