The primary objective of Unnati is to empower the participating youngsters financially, thereby giving them life of a better quality. We are keen to place the youngsters who pass out of the program in reputed organizations. The last week of the training programme at Unnati is the placement period. Leading Corporates and Companies with national presence visit the center for recruitment. 
Prospective employers interview the trained youth and the employment / appointment letter is issued. All the companies who recruit Unnati youth provide social security measures such as Provident Fund and ESI.

The trained youth command a starting salary from Rs.4000 to Rs.8000. 
On their part, the placed students have understood their responsibility and have made the best of the opportunity given to them.
