Mr G.T Ranga, popularly known as Ranga Sir has worked at Bank of India for 31 years in various capacities. He is highly qualified having completed B Com, BL, CAIIB and PGDFM. He is a Master Trainer in Life Skills course and oversees the quality of the Curriculum and Faculty.
Being a committee member of Unnati, he also  represents the Trust for Unnati Programs.
 

Ms. Charumathy is a Life Skills Trainer at Unnati Centre.
She has completed B.Com and has 5 years of experience as an accounts assistant. 

__Ms Charannya Shivakumar - She has completed her post graduation Diploma in Advertising and Public relations. She has also worked in an NGO in Mumbai for 2 years.She is the student coordinator in Unnati.

MS. Kanthimathi is a Life Skills and English Trainer at Unnati Centre. She has completed BA and has been a teacher for 4 years. 

Ms. Madhuri is the Centre Manager for the Unnati Centre. She has previously worked at NGO's serving people living with HIV/AIDS and senior citizens for more than 12 years.

Mr. Manjunath is a Trainer in Industrial Tailoring and also takes care of the Facilities at Unnati Centre. He has completed SSLC and has experience in Industrial Tailoring. 

MS. Meenakshi Goirala is a Program Manager for Outreach at Unnati Centre. She has completed MSc(Tech), PGDBM and has 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

Mr. Narayan Murthy, BA DLL has 42 years of work experience with the Govt of India, in various capacities, like, accounts, admin and coordination.
He is an English Trainer and Public Relations Manager at Unnati Centre.

Ms Pushpa is a faculty member at Unnati. She is a B.Com, and is senior typist. She also has a
diploma in Secretarial course. She is Computer Trainer at Unnati.

Mr. Rajesh has completed PUC, Diploma(Mechanic and maintenance) and is Certified in Advanced Fire Fighting. He has 9 years of work experience as a technician, operation & maintenance assistant.
He is officer in charge of Samshta, SGBS Trust.

Ms. Rekha R has completed her BA. She has worked as Receptionist & Student Counselor. She has also worked as Computer & DTP (Desk Top Publication) Operator for 8 years.
Presently, She is a Computer Trainer at Unnati Centre.

Ms. Reshmi Shanil has completed her Masters in Management of Non profit organisation. She is a Students coordinator and Life Skills Trainer at Unnati Centre.

Ms. Shyla Janet Tanuja has completed M.Com.
And has worked for Hospital for 8years in Billing Section and 1year as an Accountant.
She is an Accountant at Unnati Centre.

   Ms. Sowmya Upendra has completed BCA.
   She is a Computer Operator and helps in Admin at Unnati Centre.

Segaran has completed SSLC. He has been a security Officer for over 4 years.
He is a Security Officer at Unnati Centre.

Mr Kanickaraj- He has bee en a Security officer for the past 20 years. He is part of the security team at Unnati.
