Unnati center was conceived to be an equivalent to an IIT or an IIM for the underprivileged youth. The chief architect is Mr.Sanjay Mohe of Mindspace and the structural engineer Mr.Radhakrishna of Specs.  The Center uses optimum resources for its operations and designed to maximize use of natural lighting and ventilation.

Unnati provides youth with the best of ambiance and facilities for learning. Optimal learning happens when mind is calm, at ease and focused. Unnati has therefore created a stimulating environment with amenities for experiential learning, easy access to Faculties and complete care for their day-to-day living needs for the duration of the training.
