1. Hiring youth from our vocational training centres:
Our youth undergo 300 hours of training covering areas such as spoken English language skills, life skills, values, basic computer knowledge, and vocational training based on educational qualification.
Who can you Hire?
● Trained and certified by Unnati
● Candidates aged between 18 and 25
● Education qualification ranging from 10th Std to Post Graduation
● Bilingual in English and Native language
Where can you Hire from?
We have approx below stated no of candidates for placements from various centers.

Karnataka Centers – approx. 350 Per Month (2800 Youths Per Year).

Tamil Nadu – approx. 50 Youths Per Month (500 Youths Per Year).

Hyderabad – approx. 150 Youths Per Month (1200 Youths Per Year).

Delhi, Mumbai and Maharashtra – approx.150 Youths Per Month (1000 Youths per Year).

Nagaland- approx. 45 youths Per Month (450 Youths Per Year).

Current Salary Expectations
● Salary ranges from CTC 12000 to 25000 with ESI+ PF and other benefits.
How and when you can Recruit
● Hiring happens throughout the year
● We enter into a service agreement with the companies for Recruiting/ Hiring.
● It is mandatory for the companies to pay the placement charges for the candidates once they complete 90 days of employment in the same company.
● Standard Charges are:

Rs. 4000+GST Per student after completion of 90 days.

2. Hiring youth from our UNXT training program:
Final year students undergo 200 hours of training through the UNXT program. UNXT is Employability and Social Transformation training with a focus on English communication, Life Skills, Values and job related topics. UNXT is run across 14 states in Degree and Diploma colleges. We have trained over 3 Lakh youth under UNXT till October 2025.
