Courses Offered
Business Associate
The training for a Business Associate focuses on domestic voice and back office operations for entry-level jobs. Experienced professionals from the field train the youth with comprehensive theory and practical sessions. Placements are usually with BPO companies. The positions typically deal with customer care/ support (domestic call center), and data entry services and gradually progress towards becoming a Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager & Manager.
​Admission eligibility criteria
Educational qualification is NOT mandatory
Unemployed youth between 18-25 (completed years of age) years of age (who is looking for a job) (Training for youth above this age group shall be considered but the job is not guaranteed in all cases)
10th standard original mark sheet (wherever applicable) to be submitted to Unnati at the time of admission. Original mark sheet will be returned back to the student upon submission of the 1st 3 months salary pay slip to Unnati after job placement
In the absence of a mark sheet or leaving certificate Rs 1000 as a deposit to be remitted to Unnati Skill Center at the time of admission this is over and above the course fee and the charger for boarding and lodging.

Counselling
The Counselling Department at Unnati focuses on providing holistic guidance that ensures each youth is truly career-ready, not just employable. Through structured and personalised guidance, the department supports confidence building, interview preparedness, and professional orientation, helping young people understand workplace expectations and present themselves with clarity and self-belief. This guidance nurtures a growth mindset, encourages comfort-zone expansion, and prepares youth for a smooth transition to work life by strengthening mobility and adaptability in changing professional environments. Emphasis is also placed on entry-level job acceptance as a meaningful starting point, while empowering youth to make purposeful career choices aligned with their strengths, values, and long-term goals.
Training program for BAC
Training for Be A Changemaker is given/imparted at Bangalore office. Passionate candidates all over India attend this training program to get trained and replicate the same in their respective centers.
* Unnati’s training program is not of conventional type; but designed to create a strong impact in personal as well as in work life through various activities inside the classroom.
* Training program consists of Assembly session, Spoken English, Tally, Basics of Computer skills, Sales & Marketing and Analytics. Aim of this program is to make a candidate independent, develop employability skills and create transformation.
