SUGAM is a grassroots entrepreneurship accelerator working to bridge the rural-urban economic divide by helping non-urban women to develop scalable, replicable, and locally impactful businesses. We are closely working with the National Rural Livelihood Mission.
How Does It Work?
Women Entrepreneurs
Women who have already built and are actively managing their own businesses are identified as candidates for growth and leadership.
Mentorship & Business Strategy
Participants receive hands-on mentorship to refine their business models, scale their operations, and navigate access to business financing.
Rural Women Join the Journey
Women from rural areas are mobilized to join a 7-day immersive program at the Unnati Centre, designed to boost their business acumen and unlock new growth opportunities.
Transform & Thrive
Women return empowered, applying their new skills to expand their businesses and grow personally as confident, independent businesswomen.
