Students from various colleges in Bangalore participate in internships at the Unnati Head Office for durations ranging from a few weeks to a few months. Interns gain exposure across multiple departments.

A. College-Driven I2P Program (via Changemakers)

In this model, Unnati Trainers/Changemakers initiate the program within their colleges by obtaining approval from the Principal. They select approximately 20 student interns and guide them through this process.

  • Collect details of local companies.

  • Compile the collected data in Excel format.

  • Submit the compiled data to Unnati Head Office via email.

  • Receive internship certificates, which are sent to the Changemaker.

  • Organize campus recruitment drives by inviting the collected companies.

  • Facilitate student placements.

B. Open I2P Program (Pan-India)

This program is open to students across India. Interested students must apply by emailing their resume here: nodalplacementofficer@unnatiblr.org
