Be A Unnati Changemaker
True to the name, a Changemaker is responsible for enabling change among the youth, the community, and the Centre. This is a critical role within our organization. Unnati is looking for someone passionate about working with youth and aiding their transformation. We need an individual who is empathetic, self-motivated, and a capable problem solver who thrives in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

My name is Kanthimathi
I have been associated with Unnati for the past 20 years. My desire to give back to society is what brought me here, and my love for teaching the youth has kept me going ever since.
At Unnati, I joined as a changemaker, later, a master trainer handling training of trainer programs. And have also handled sessions for college students under UNXT programme. I also enjoyed training corporate sectors like Autoliv etc. I have also trained students from NSTI. Where ever I have been I have enjoyed training the candidates to the fullest. Unnati's methodology is not the conventional type of learning, we follow activity-based learning, which makes it easier for students to understand concepts and apply them in their daily lives. Every interaction with students is an opportunity to witness the transformation that takes place in them. At the same time, I continue to learn from the younger generation, which inspires and motivates me to give more of my service to every new batch.
At Unnati, we truly believe in the principle of “teaching how to fish, rather than feeding fish” empowering youth with skills, knowledge, and confidence to shape their own future.
