Krishna grabbed the opportunity when it came across

Krishna—12th Batch, Guestcare

The story of Krishna is that of a lad who was working in a local darshini, sulking daily and wondering if this was what he was going to do his entire life. He had completed his 8th std but was not able to complete his studies due to financial constraints. His father was a farmer and the family of 5 was dependent on his earnings. With no direction in life and having a very low self esteem, Krishna was desperate for a break but was totally clueless as to where he was going to get it.

Krishna was all of 18yrs when one day he happened to watch a program on Unnati, which was telecast in TV9. He immediately approached Unnati and enrolled in the 12th batch, under the guestcare stream in the year 2007.His life took a complete turn then on. He secured a job with Café Coffee day. Today 5 years after he completed his course at Unnati, when he speaks in english, the wonderful way he is able to articulate in a language that was alien to him just a few years ago, it amazes the listener and makes him believe that he is speaking to a professional.  Krishna is a confident young man today, ready to take on the world. He continues with Café Coffee Day as a senior executive chef, earning a CTC of over 2 lakhs. He looks back at Unnati with immense gratitude and mentions how every trainer at Unnati helped shape his future and gave life to his dreams. Krishna grabbed the opportunity when it came across frame of mind today is such that he is also able to pursue music, which he had a natural talent for and has brought out a CD of devotional songs too.
