Unnati an NGO has been conducting Capability building program for pump attendants employed in Indian oil Corporation , today was the final day of this training at Hamsa petrol bunk next to Forum Mall Bangalore.On the final day they were given course completion certificates .Many senior officials of IOC were present,It was an interactive session where the trainees spoke about the positive transformation by the Training, they also talked to the officials about their difficulties. The officials promised to solve their issues as they were the representatives of their brand IOC
On interacting with Mr.Shivanna one of the trainee attendants , He said definitely Unnati has transformed him to a better individual by having the right attitude, gaining self-confidence,respecting customers,coping with difficult situations .He says these virtues will definitely help him to become a better person in future. We wish all success to all the trainees who have completed this course.We are really positive about this social transformation program through which we seek to transform the lives of several youngsters and their families .
