Mr. Ranga was part of the panel discussion at the Karnataka State Women Development Corporation event on women empowerment. His presentation on skill development and women empowerment was well received by all the participants who had come from various parts of Karnataka. The event was inaugurated by Chief Minister Sadananda Gowda and BJP Spokesperson Nirmala Seetharaman.
